The course is suitable for beginners or those who have been doing chakra work for many years/lifetimes.

It is an invitation for focus. A framework of many suggestions, you choose which are right for you. It will fit in with your life in a way that is perfect and unique for you. It will meet you where you are and run alongside your current life path.

It is suggested to run over three months to give you space to be with the ideas. It is meant as a reflective journey as well as an active one. Only the live classes are fixed, otherwise it is self-paced. Recordings will be available so you don’t have to follow a fixed structure. It is a journey to make your own. You will personalise it and tailor it for your needs. You will have the framework to return to any time in your life.

The content is infused with my research, experience, personal downloads, and wisdom I have gathered from my teachers.

For each of the seven chakras there will be:

• written material
• a short video presentation
• a guided mediation
• a live class with Q&A (recording will be made available)
