I chose to incarnate into this situation

“I chose to incarnate into this situation”…

…I don’t know why sometimes?!! ..

..but I find this phrase a really empowering approach to life. It takes the victim consciousness right out. And the ‘why me?’ And the ‘I want out!’. I am not for a moment advocating using this for spiritual bypass when something difficult comes up. Hell no. You have to honour that stuff. Feel shit before you start moving through it. And even recognising that happenings are something you chose, you still don’t have to move through it. Might be a case of forgiving yourself for such choices!

But “I chose to incarnate into this situation” just connects you to the wider plan and purpose (which may or may not show up and make you feel better). Just knowing is the comfort, grace, and enlightenment that helps us along with the journey. And for some of us, we did choose a crazily difficult journey. Most likely because the difficulties guide us to the brightest light, the highest heights and assist us to be of the greatest service to humanity…..
